About Beyond Strategy
Beyond Strategy wasn’t created out of having all the answers. It began with a gentle nudge to go deeper, listen closely, notice what’s often unspoken, and make space for clarity.
I kept noticing the same patterns: unspoken tension, cultural issues nobody wanted to name, pastors leading while exhausted, teams trying to navigate transitions without real support.
Beyond Strategy became a way to make space for the things that usually stay hidden…So leaders don’t have to carry it alone.
Because when leadership health falters, the whole church feels it. And because leadership is more than strategy. It’s stewardship.

Mostly, yes. Beyond Strategy is designed with pastors, leadership teams, and congregations in mind. But the principles of clarity, alignment, and accountability can also support nonprofits and values-based organizations.

No. Beyond Strategy isn’t therapy, and I’m not a clinician in this space. My focus is on the spiritual, organizational, and leadership health of pastors and teams. At times, I may collaborate with trusted therapists, counselors, or facilitators so leaders receive holistic support but therapy and counseling remain their own sacred work.
